One of the best ways to help set your child up for a successful transition into the new school year is to establish a regular routine a couple of weeks before the official start of school. We recommend starting with fun playful activities such as our Gracie BullyProof programs where kids learn how to effectively defend themselves against bullies without becoming one through play-based learning, and scenario role-playing with their peers in a safe, fun, structured and engaging learning environment.
We offer age-specific classes for Little Champs (ages 5-7), Junior Grapplers (ages 8-12) and Junior Combatives (ages 13-17). We teach non-violent self-defence techniques so your child will learn how to effectively neutralize and control the bully without resorting to punching or kicking when defending themselves.
We offer a 10-consecutive day FREE trial with uniform rental for all new students. For more information on how to get started, simply claim your 10-day FREE trial pass here!
